In the ancestral land of the native Quimbaya people of Colombia South America, where fertile coffee farms thrive, lived the intrepid individual Julio Uribe. In his passion to embolden the culture of his heritage, he set out to create a salsa aji to remind those who long for the combined taste of life and culinary delight so common to the region. Hence, introducing to the world a delicious food product. Calima Group, LLC. proudly presents its gourmet food item; Emy’s Salsa Aji ®. A blend of carefully selected choice ingredients are found in this salsa aji condiment. It adds tantalizing flavor to your favorite grilled foods, beef and poultry dishes and snacks.
